Refund Policy

At Qoloni we want your experience to be a great one. This policy
explains when and how you can get a refund after purchasing a scan pack.
1. Who handles refunds
All purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Each store's refund policy applies first:
- Apple: Request a refund within 14 days at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: A "Refund" button appears in order details for 48 hours after purchase. After that, contact Google Play Support.
2. Cases where a refund is fair
- Unintended purchase (e.g. a child tapped the button).
- Technical defect we couldn't resolve within 72 hours that prevented use of the scans.
- Duplicate purchase caused by a payment glitch.
- Wrong pack purchased.
3. Cases where refunds aren't issued
- The scans were already used (packs are consumable, counted from first use).
- Disagreement with AI suggestions (the app is educational; outputs are suggestions, not diagnosis).
- Change of mind after using more than 30% of the pack.
4. How to request a refund
On Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select the purchase, click "Request a refund", and choose the reason.
On Google Play:
- Open Google Play โ "Account" โ "Order history".
- Select the purchase and tap "Refund" within 48 hours.
- After 48 hours: contact Google Play Support.
5. Edge cases (off-store payments)
If the purchase happened outside the stores (rare โ may occur for promo campaigns),

will reply within 5 business days.
6. Effect of a refund on your balance
When a refund is confirmed, our system (via Apple/Google webhooks) automatically:
- Subtracts the refunded scans from your balance.
- Marks the purchase as invalid in your history.
- Your balance can drop to zero (or below) if you used more than half the pack.
