Refund Policy

At Qoloni we want your experience to be a great one. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund after purchasing a scan pack.

1. Who handles refunds

All purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play. Each store's refund policy applies first:

On Apple:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select the purchase, click "Request a refund", and choose the reason.

On Google Play:

  1. Open Google Play โ†’ "Account" โ†’ "Order history".
  2. Select the purchase and tap "Refund" within 48 hours.
  3. After 48 hours: contact Google Play Support.

5. Edge cases (off-store payments)
