By using Qoloni, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of service

Qoloni is an educational app that uses AI to provide suggestions about food suitability for IBS symptoms. It is not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian.

3. Account and purchases

• The app works via device ID — no account registration needed.
• Packs are consumable (one-time scan credits) — not auto-renewing.
• Refunds are handled per Apple/Google policies.

4. Liability disclaimer

Qoloni provides AI-generated suggestions that may be wrong. We do not guarantee accuracy and accept no liability for any health consequences from relying on them. Consult your doctor or dietitian before any dietary change.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not attempt to access other users' data.
• You may not reverse engineer or bypass the scan-pack system.
• You may not use the app for actual medical diagnosis.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of publication.
